Please feel free to come to either of our two locations and browse through our wedding albums, without any obligation. When you are ready to meet and discuss your wedding plans, please call us and schedule an appointment with our consultants. Daytime appointments are generally available Monday through Saturday.
Things to do before meeting with our Wedding Consultants:
Select your dresses. The gowns are the moodsetters for the event. The flowers should enhance the style and the color of the dresses, accentuating their beauty and enriching the look of the occasion. Pictures and fabric swatches of the bride and bridesmaid dresses are helpful in choosing the flowers for your wedding. Bring these with you to the consultation.
Select the location of the ceremony and reception. Fresh flowers should be a part of the environment, so consider special areas you would like to see decorated. Photographs of the locations can be helpful. Please bring the name and address of each location.
Decide and make a list of who will receive flowers for the event. Remember to include participants in the ceremony, family members, readers, guest book and program attendants, etc.
Define your budget. We are happy to work in any budget to ensure you have the best possible flowers and service within your budget. We work with a wide variety of people with a wide range of budgets, from a simple bridal bouquet and a boutonniere for the groom, to attendants flowers, church flowers, and reception flowers.
Bring your ideas, creativity, and enthusiasm! We used to tell our brides to scour the magazines for pictures of bouquets to give us an idea of the styles and colors she likes, but today we will just tell you to search the Web. While we have many bridal books, it certainly helps the process if you do some research before the consultation. We can then assist you in choosing your perfect “look”.
