Dicks Flowers Delivery Policies

All deliveries must have and address and a phone number for the recipient.

Our standard local delivery charge is $5.00

AM/PM Requested Delivery

AM=8:30 to Noon
PM=Noon to 4:00

Our local delivery area include the following areas: Alton, Bethalto, Cottage Hills, East Alton, Godfrey, Hartford, Meadowbrook, Moro, Rosewood Heights, Roxana, South Roxana, and Wood River

Delivery to Holiday Shores or Elsah: $10.00
Recipients will be called before the delivery leaves the store to make sure they are home.

Specific Time Request Delivery Charge: $8.00
This request specifies a delivery within a one hour window.

NO ONE HOME POLICY: We will request a neighbor to receive the delivery if the recipient is not at home to accept the delivery. If we can’t find a neighbor to leave it with, the delivery is returned to the store. We will not redeliver without contact with the recipient.
